Through content creation visits and ongoing social media management, we photograph, film, and market these spaces across Instagram and Pinterest—helping properties stand out, drive bookings, and build strong brands.
Now, we’re opening the door for product brands to be part of that story.
Our Haymaker Product Partners program connects thoughtfully made products with vacation rentals and boutique hotels that value design, storytelling, and experience. Your product is placed inside real, lived‑in spaces—and photographed and filmed as part of authentic hospitality content.
If accepted, we’ll place your product on our Partner PDF that will go to all current clients. Hosts will have a chance to partner with you further, and Haymaker Marketing will help facilitate that partnership.

Companies accepted into this program get the chance to have their products featured in luxury Airbnbs and boutique hotels, with opportunities to receive bids for real, in-home brand placements. These partnerships can include photo and video content that shows your product in beautiful, lived-in spaces and helps boost visibility in a natural, authentic way.
POSSIBLE INFLUENCER COLLABS

If an owner chooses to partner with your brand, you could also be featured on an influencer’s collab post with the Airbnb itself. Instead of a two-part collab, why not make it a three-part collab with your amazing business!

If the property is also a Haymaker social media management client, your product may be featured in posts on Instagram as a collaborative post. Everyone benefits from shared reach and engagement

HOW IT WORKS | $35/ MONTH
STEP 1: APPLY
You’ll apply with details about your product, brand values, and what makes your offering a good fit for vacation rentals and boutique hotels.
STEP 2: BECOME A HAYMAKER PRODUCT PARTNER
If accepted, your brand will be added to our Product Partners PDF—a curated directory shared with Haymaker clients, past and present.
Hosts can browse and choose which brands they want to work with
Your product is continuously exposed to Airbnb hosts and hotel owners actively investing in marketing
To cover admin and relationship management, there is a $35 monthly fee to remain listed in the directory
This does not guarantee a partnership—but it places your brand directly in front of decision‑makers in the short‑term rental and hotel space.
STEP 3: BRAND + HOST MATCHMAKING
If a host chooses to work with you, we’ll make the introduction.
You’ll ship your product to the host and to our team
If Haymaker Marketing is doing a Content Creation Visit, we’ll style, photograph, and film your product inside the property
If you’d like access to the photos and videos for your own marketing, we’ll negotiate with the host (and us) to give you creative usage rights.
STEP 4: POSSIBLE SOCIAL MEDIA EXPOSURE
If the property is also a social media management client, your product may be featured in posts on Instagram. If the host agrees, we may:
Post a Collaborate post or Reel with your brand on Instagram
Add your product to an influencer stay, leveraging the power of multiple accounts
Tag your product on social media, so you can share the content created.

I started Haymaker Marketing with a simple goal: to have the freedom to travel and volunteer with nonprofits. Along the way, my journey led me to specialize in vacation home and hotel marketing—and ultimately launch a Vacation Rental Media Agency.
Why am I starting the Haymaker Product Partners? There are a few simple reasons, but the first is that it increases my client’s exposure, which is what they pay me to do! If I can offer Airbnb hosts and hotel owners not only clicks and likes, but also networking partnerships, that increases my brand’s value overall.
Additionally, I think it’s stupid that we’re not leveraging the power of collaborations on Instagram.. Your product needs marketing. The vacation rental needs marketing. Let’s all work together and harness the power of social media marketing.
Finally, I want the $35 monthly income for letting you in on my connections that I’ve built over the last 7 years. Many people reach out to me—hoping I’ll promote them for free. This program is the answer to this.
There’s a three-month minimum contract for the Haymaker Product Partnership program (because we’re doing all that onboarding and administrative work), but after that, it is month to month. If you’re not getting the results you want, you can drop it, and we’ll take you off our PDF Partner list.
Thus, it benefits me to get you partnerships. In other words, I’ll be pitching you like crazy. Win/win.
