MANAGING THE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING FOR THE WILFRID WAS AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Working with The Wilfrid, a luxury holiday cottage in England’s Lake District, remains one of my favorite client experiences to date. The owner beautifully designed this retreat in Chapel Stile—just a 20-minute drive from Ambleside—blending thoughtful details with that effortless English countryside charm.
Our partnership began with a full Content Creation Visit, where my team and I built a complete database of photos and videos to capture the cottage at its very best. From there, we moved into Instagram and Pinterest management, expanding the brand’s reach through curated storytelling, two influencer collaborations, and a giveaway Reel featuring an Insta-famous English countryside photographer.
It was the perfect blend of creativity, strategy, and the kind of place you can’t help but fall in love with.
MARKETING GOALS FOR THIS HOLIDAY COTTAGE
We partnered with The Wilfrid for a four-month marketing campaign with two primary goals: increase brand awareness on Instagram and Pinterest and drive website traffic to their property manager’s online booking platform.
To achieve this, we built a strategic blend of Instagram and Pinterest marketing, paired with a targeted influencer campaign designed to place The Wilfrid in front of the right audiences. Through consistent storytelling, curated visuals, and creator partnerships, we successfully elevated the cottage’s visibility while sending meaningful traffic directly to their booking site.
We’re especially proud of our influencer campaign. One collaborative post gave our Instagram 1,811 more followers and was shared with family and friends 1,200 times . You can see the post here.
